Java Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

I'm not old java files on my PC or anything like java. Other programs can do it But nothing helps, always the same error message. I have already tried all things how can be or is the last resort to rebuild the PC?

Does anyone have any other tips on how to fix the problem maybe install it without problems?
