Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Microsoft Mahjong

Since about 3 weeks can be on my Surface 2 with Win It seems like the server connection or 8.1 pro, the games Microsoft Solitare Collection and Microsoft Mahjongg no longer start. WIFI off, found out that the WIFI is the trigger.
